All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax compliance, and refund administration on our behalf.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Within 14 days of purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund for any reason. Contact Paddle through the link in your receipt email, or email us at support@viztrack.io.
After 14 Days
Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. You retain full access to all features until the end of the billing period.
Service Issues
If you experience verified technical issues preventing access to the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund regardless of timing.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after the 14-day window
- Unused portions of a billing period after cancellation
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
Consumer Rights
EU/EEA and UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights as provided by applicable consumer protection law and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
